Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to investigate and offer a replacement or a full refund.
To report an incorrect or damaged item, with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
As our posters are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.
In case of a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Eligible claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit.
